Perhaps the best hotel we stayed in during our week long trip due to a combination of great location, neat/well-kept rooms, and courteous service. This is a hotel and ABBA restaurant that stands out among other accommodations in the Varkala Cliff area. This beach is excellent for swimming with lifeguards. The view from Cliff is stunning with great nightlife. We noticed tourists from various countries and ethnicities walking freely on the busy walkways as well as on the beach. We were offered rooms on the 3rd floor with sea view. The rooms and facilities are well maintained. Wish we had a bit more time at this hotel and Varakala Cliff. One notable aspect of the exceptional service offered by Vineeth, the hotel manager. He even organised an 🛺 rickshaw from our parking to the hotel, which is around 350 meters away.

Good stay we love the cliff stay @ green palace , vineet is good person helped us wen we arrived in .only car parking issues . Awasom stay we liked the 31 st evening but some music should have played on 31 st evening, they dint dat was bit disappointing in restaurant . Staffs from Abba restaurant should be more humble to any customers .seems they were giving importance to foreigners. Rooms were very clean and wel maintained and Overall stay was very good and green palace hotel staffs were very supportive recommend place

Superb location, very quiet, lots of space in front of the hotel. Some 25 rooms, ac, non ac. Usually takes only Gpay, cash or PayPal, but in a pinch will arrange for credit card. No online booking. Call hotel. Lowers price for long stat or off season. Manager Vineet very helpful. Prefers couples, discourages loud or rude behavior (bachelors not readily encouraged). Superb restaurant (coffee available in room only at 8 am, but a coffee shop two doors away opens at 6 am). Abba run by friendly Tibetan men. Tasty food, prices lower than other restaurants. Same day laundry service available (depending on weather). Walk100 yards from helipad as autos not allowed on cliff.

The best aspect of this hotel is it's prime location on the Varkala Cliff and that it can be accessed by car. The rooms are spread across three levels with the lowest below the main level. The upstairs rooms have a good view of the sea.

Clean and spacious rooms. Had a good view of the sea. Though the bathroom is clean, the bathroom seemed like it needed some maintenance. It's close to the helipad and is at a walkable distance.AABA restaurant is in front and the food there is amazing but on the pricier side

Stay was good and nice service.. however they would have added free breakfast or atleast kettle and T bags in the room for morning. Their restaurant opens only at 8am and it might be difficult specially when u go with kids

The hotel has a very good sea view. The service is great n the rooms r very well maintained. Overall a fantastic experience.

Good place to stay at Varkala cliff. Great view from the second floor rooms. Staff is very friendly and the attached restaurant has tasty food options. Walkable from all the attractions at Varkala cliff and beach.
